the location was good, near the tube station. (it helped a lot!)
this meant long waits, especially during peak hours and water pressure on the 4th floor was bad. it was not fixed during the entire stay.

The one bedroom apartment included a washer and dryer. the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern. there were enough plates and utensils. the location was very good. It was an easy walk to a tube station.
cleaning was done only after the fourth night. i requested cleaning on the third night, it did not happen. i hope management will be more accommodating if guests stay more than four nights.

The studio disability access offered great accessibility features. the location was ideal with many restaurants nearby. the staff lent me their phone when i needed to make arrangements. It was very kind. i really appreciated how willing they were to help.
i found the queen size bed a bit small for two adults. it might be more comfortable with a larger bed.
