helpful staff spacious room clean amenities
The staff was helpful ensuring we had everything we needed.. I arrived slightly early and appreciated that I could store my luggage until my room was ready. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and all the amenities were fully functional. I found the location very convenient, nice for easy access to the city.
The noise from the street was quite noticeable and somewhat disruptive. I was not expecting the level of noise at night. It did make it difficult to fall asleep initially.

i found the staff very attentive to all needs. the room included a small kitchenette with modern appliances. i was pleased with the convenient washer and dryer.
the hallway lighting was a little dim at times.

The room was well-equipped. It had all necessary kitchenware. The location was convenient, close to many attractions. The staff at the front desk seemed helpful when i needed something.
The elevators broke down . This caused some inconvenience. My request for earlier cleaning was not accommodated . The double bed in my room was small.

elevator issue bad water pressure
the location was good, near the tube station. (it helped a lot!)
the elevators were a real issue. multiple elevators were out of service . this meant long waits, especially during peak hours and water pressure on the 4th floor was bad. it was not fixed during the entire stay.

comfortable bed modern bathroom great location
The one bedroom apartment included a washer and dryer. the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern. there were enough plates and utensils. the location was very good. It was an easy walk to a tube station.
cleaning was done only after the fourth night. i requested cleaning on the third night, it did not happen. i hope management will be more accommodating if guests stay more than four nights.

The studio disability access offered great accessibility features. the location was ideal with many restaurants nearby. the staff lent me their phone when i needed to make arrangements. It was very kind. i really appreciated how willing they were to help.
i found the queen size bed a bit small for two adults. it might be more comfortable with a larger bed.
